John grew up in Hawks Nest, coming here as a toddler, attending the local primary school and on to high school in Raymond Terrace.   He moved to Canberra to attend University but returned to Hawks Nest to join the family run Hawks Nest First National Real Estate. John is now the Licensee in Charge and Selling Principal.  He is a Licensed real Estate Agent, Business Agent, Auctioneer and Strata Managing Agent.  He has limitless knowledge of the area and involves himself in all aspects of community life, sponsoring local sporting teams and groups and works tirelessly with local Charity Fundraising Auctions. Outside of work, John enjoys golfing, motorbike riding and enjoying time with family and friends.

Kaye brings a wealth of local knowledge to the team having lived in Hawks Nest for over four decades. She has worked in property management at Hawks Nest Real Estate for over eighteen years. She has a genuine appreciation of both owner and guest needs within her role as Holiday Property Manager. Kaye has always worked in customer service and thoroughly enjoys her interaction with people.

Kerrie has a strong connection to the Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest areas and a genuine love for developing long term relationships. She is passionate about looking after your investment property. She always demonstrates a high level of professionalism and honesty.  She enjoys all aspects of her job and has gained a sound knowledge of the area and the people who chose to live in our little piece of paradise. Being highly organised whilst always working hard to provide exceptional customer service, is what she is renowned for.  Her friendly nature, positive attitude and understanding of the overall real estate process from both an investment and property management view, allows her to work well within our successful team and most importantly for our valued clients.  In her spare time she loves to spend time with family and days at the beach.

A Tea Gardens / Hawks Nest resident herself, Lisa intimately understands the local market through working, living, and buying locally. Lisa has extensive experience in real estate in the following roles – Office Manager, Sales Agent, Property Investor, Property Purchaser and Property Vendor.

Lisa prides herself on her excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Lisa makes it her mission to listen to understand not just to respond.
