The cottage has three bedrooms, one bathroom and very spacious living areas, plenty of entertainment for the kids with board games, books, puzzles and Smart TV that can connect to your own subscriptions and internet.
Love water sports? Then bring the boat, jet ski and fishing gear. A boat ramp is located adjacent to the property.
Swan Bay is accessed 12 kilometres off the Pacific Highway (with approximately 2 kilometres of unsealed road) only 2hours north from Sydney. Though having no facilities it is only a 15 minute drive to Karuah where you will find grocery store, petrol station, pharmacy, take-away, RSL Club.
The very popular and well known beaches of Hawks Nest are a 35 minute drive north.
Come and stay at this hidden gem and you will find yourself returning over and over again.
