Beach access track directly opposite the townhouse. Bennett's Beach access from Hawks Nest Surf Club. Jimmy's Beach on Port Stephens access from The Boulevarde. Four wheel drive beach access from Sanderling Avenue and many Myall lakes National Park beach accesses (National Park pass required)

Off street parking and external beach shower. *Windows can only be opened 12cm due to STRATA NSW legislation/limiters. *This is not a serviced Apartment. Guests must bring their own linen, as well as their own grocery items, cleaning products and personal items. We have an IGA Supermarket in Hawks Nest and Coles Supermarket in Tea Gardens if you do not wish to travel with these items.
